Clockworks, Walthamstow
K2 were appointed to manage the conversion and refurbishment of an existing clockworks in Walthamstow building in to a new business centre, totalling approximately 5,000sft
The works include the complete strip out and structural alterations to the building fabric, including the introduction of new staircases and a passenger lift. The fit out included the creation of 9 new units with new floors, kitchens, toilet, shutter doors, lighting, heating and fire alarm systems.
