Guildford Civic Centre
K2 have recenty been appointed as Project Coordinator for the replacement Guildford Civic Centre – a major new events and arts complex at Guildford, Surrey.
The £26m centre is to replace the current 1960’s building.
K2 saw off strong opposition attracted via OJEU to win the commission.
Full funding was approved in June 09 and demolition work begun in Aug 09 and the new facility will be completed in 2011.
