H10 Waterloo
The hotel includes 177 bedrooms, restaurant and bar as well as conference facilities and a gymnasium. This development, which is the first venture of this Spanish Hotel chain in the UK, was successfully completed in February 2010 and within budget.
The works were let on the basis of a negotiated design & build tender utilising some of the client’s preferred sub contractors from the continent. Manufacture and installation of all of the joinery was undertaken by a company in Tenerife.
