K2 were appointed as Client Project Manager on this Procure 21 project by West Sussex PCT. The project consisted of an £11m redevelopment of Horsham Hospital, West Sussex.
The project included seven developments, namely:

• Ante natal clinic
• Diagnostics (X-ray)
• Minor Injuries Unit
• Intermediate Care
• OPMHS
• Outpatients
• Offices
