K2 were appointed directly by the developer to work with Accor for the development of a 132 bed hotel on the Hale Village development. K2’s role is to project manage the property negotiations, manage the design/ planning and monitor the build process.

The Hotel will be 8 storeys high and constructed over the Victoria line adjacent to major rail intersection. As part of a new retail street the hotel includes a large restaurant for use by the residents and the local community. A full height glass atrium will connect the hotel to a 25 storey residential block and include an active street environment of coffee bar, art gallery and other concessions.
