Hotel N17
K2 were appointed directly by the developer to work with a number of Hotel Operators,, which have included Accor, Travelodge, Holiday Inns and Toyoko Inns, to project and cost manage the design and planning application for a 132 bed hotel on the Hale Village development.
The Hotel will be 8 storeys high and constructed over the Victoria line adjacent to major rail intersection. As part of a new retail street the hotel includes a large restaurant for use by the residents and the local community. A full height glass atrium will connect the hotel to a 25 storey residential block and include an active street environment of coffee bar, art gallery and other concessions.
