ŠK2 Consultancy 2011
Premier Inn, Southwark
K2 Consultancy were appointed directly by Janson Properties to project manage the proposed 122 bedroom Premier Inn Hotel close to London’s Bankside.
Full planning permission was submitted for this scheme by the architect, Allies & Morrison, and was granted in July 2010. A subsequent S73 approval was achieved in November 2010. A full competitive tendering exercise was undertaken, pursuant to the appointment of a design and build contractor for the delivery of this project.
Contractors are due to be appointed to deliver this scheme shortly, with the project due to be complete in early 2012.
