Quantity Surveyors
K2 are looking to enhance our current team and are seeking recently or soon to be qualified Quantity Surveyors to participate at all stages of the construction contract cost advice and procurement process. You will need to rise to the challenge of a demanding and varied workload and you will enjoy our flexible approach and working environment.
We are looking for enthusiastic and appropriately qualified and experienced people to join our team. You will be required to work as a proactive member of a team which has full project responsibility. Our project list currently ranges from high end regeneration projects through to niche commercial projects.
Assistant Project manager / Commercial Manager
The candidate is required to have relevant construction industry experience from either a consultancy or contracting background.
We are looking for candidates who excel in their specific role and who can contribute in a wider sense with the company dynamics and growth. As such the personality of the candidates will be given as much importance as qualifications.
