The site currently contains three buildings, identified as Index House, Eden Grove & Stapleton House. All of these properties have been demolished to deliver the new scheme. The scheme has been designed in accordance with the Unite standard specifications and secured planning approval to develop 862 students bedrooms in July 2014. The scheme provides Unite ancillary accommodation including, laundry, office, plant, and separate reception area, refuse storage, common room and other ancillary space in a communal block, bicycle storage and hard and soft landscaping with the rear courtyard. The scheme includes retail space at ground floor, along Holloway Road, as well as community space along Eden Grove.
