K2 are working with Unite as part of the management infrastructure dedicated to delivering project and commercial leadership as well as quality control to this high standard student accommodation.

Our involvement stems to the three London sites currently being developed at Old Street, Kirby Street and Woburn Place. The Unite brand has been developed to create a premium specification including modular bathrooms, internal fixtures, fittings and furnishings.
