Unite London
Building on the relationship created at Hale Village, K2 were asked by the Managing Director of unite to help deliver a major change programme into two strategic projects in London. This appointment involved facilitating internal workshops to establish the revised brief, managing the interior design process and then rolling it out into the existing Design & Build contract, which were well underway on site, and finally managing the quality of finally delivery. Our management approach was sensitive to the client and project team but focused on highest quality finish and programme.
