Waterlooville
K2 provided a turnkey package of works that included architectural, mechanical and electrical design for the refurbishment and regeneration of a commercial property in Waterlooville. The scheme included the provision of a new front entrance and reception area to improve the marketability of the site. Using modern lighting and space comfort systems the emphasis was on delivering a high specification facility whilst ensuring excellent value for money.
The work that was carried out on site was done by a local building contractor. The building was completed by the end of August and ready for occupation. The result was a blank canvass suitable for a range of prospective tenants.
