K2 are providing a turnkey package of works to include architectural, mechanical and electrical design for the refurbishment and regeneration of a commercial property in Waterlooville. The scheme includes the provision of a new front entrance and reception area to improve the marketability of the site. Using modern lighting and space comfort systems the emphasis is on delivering a high specification facility whilst ensuring excellent value for money.

The work is currently on site using a local building contractor. The building will be complete by the end of August and ready for occupation. The result will be a blank canvass suitable for a range of prospective tenants.
