The scheme set in the centre of Portsmouth, consists of 836 beds arranged over twenty four storeys. The scheme achieved planning permission in September 2014 and completed on the contract PC date in early August 2016.

This complicated site is located next to network rail and has a bridge over the public highway, which supports 17 storeys of accommodation. Students from Portsmouth University successfully moved into the building in September 2016 and the building was at full capacity. The project also provided a market traders storage facility at ground floor level, which was handed back to Portsmouth City Council to manage.
