The K2 difference: Proactive problem solving

K2 acted as Client Representative on behalf of the client Paradigm Housing to help bring together the development of Abbey Barn Park, a 53 unit, mixed-tenure development is nestled within enchanting countryside and surrounded by ancient woodlands.

K2’s role was to administer all aspects of the development agreement, with the agreement being between Paradigm Housing and Berkley Homes. Abbey Barn Park is an emerging community that offers a distinctive lifestyle on the fringes of the historic High Wycombe market town.

K2 delivered a high quality product in a good location providing a lively neighbourhood with an array of housing options, comprising delightful houses and contemporary apartments with a mix of affordable housing and shared ownership.

K2 went above and beyond to ensure that the project was delivered on time and on budget. K2 is well known for delivering projects with efficiency and assurance.
