Enhancing development value

Completed In Summer 2019, this 940 bedroom PBSA development was delivered over two phases and involved demolition of existing structures, utilities diversions, connection to district heating networks and UXO risk mitigation. K2 drove the design efficiency and managed a design review and value engineering exercise to improve build efficiency and bedroom capacity.

Director-led service

K2 built a team for this project that truly understood the challenges and objectives and were able to provide the most cost-effective solution. We worked closely with the design team and engaged early with the supply chain to deliver a successful project.
