Redevelopment of a high profile site to provide 860 mixed-tenure units in new buildings ranging from 2 to 19 storeys – additionally 25,000 ft² of commercial and community facilities with exceptional public realm at the centre of the Nine Elms Regeneration, London.
The project involved the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide 513 residential units in phase 1, including affordable housing and private sale, with an additional 349 units in the second phase. The project is the largest development delivered by Bellway.
K2 provided development management, project management and cost planning services. Our role included the management of all the infrastructure works, interfaces with Network Rail and LUL and working with the wider area to secure power capacity and a district wide heating network. We also played a key role in reviewing the overall sales specification, agreements with commercial tenants and advising how to maximise development returns.
