K2 was engaged to undertake a strategic review of all estate assets to define an estate wide development plan. K2 worked closely with the Trust, developing a masterplan involving redesign of patient facilities, and redevelopment of the Worthing Hospital site.

It included the delivery of two new wards where a combination of our detailed construction management and strategic input delivered significant time and cost savings. Throughout K2 ensured minimal disruption to the operation of the hospital and enabled client control through accurate and timely reporting.
