Delivering certainty – PM+
With our background in Construction Management we also offer an enhanced PM service which includes early stage buildability and methodology advice; management of design and procurement to a point where 70% (by value) of packages are procured; and planning, design management and logistics advice. This service provides increased certainty at the outset and enables the de-risking of complex sites and projects.
