Phil is an accomplished project manager & contract administrator, recognised by clients for his committed approach and his skill in leading a team.

Phil’s delivery experience includes Design Team management, Employers Agent / Contract Administrator Role, Programme Management and extensive stakeholder engagement. Phil has worked with both Public and Private Sector clients, managing multi-disciplinary teams through both pre and post contract stages as well as engaging contractors through procurement strategies.

Projects he has been involved with have consisted of, industrial developments as well as a variety of refurbishment and new build projects.
